Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc AOC 2021 75cl Garnacha 7% The wine was then blendedThis is an outstanding Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc, produced only in very small quantities. It is very expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, finely balanced with stone fruit and a subtle hint of salinity. Full bodied with a long finish. It is aged for 12 months on its fine lees in demi muid barrels (double the size). It is delicious now but can age for up to 8 years. Serve slightly chilled. Pairs well with poultry, seafood, quiche, and cheese.
