90's Red Curled Brim Hat with Black Velvet and Gold Trim parnis knit dress Some tiny stain in aBeautiful red wide brim hat from the 90's. Body is a true red felt with a 2 3 4 inch curled brim. Hat band is a black velvet edged with a gold braid. Tucked underneath is a fine black netting which can be worn down over the face or tucked into the brim.
