It is crafted from a pretty, white broderie anglais to a body hugging silhouette and the miniest mini length. The bust is shaped and trimmed with ruffles. It laces up the front from the mid waist to the neckline with white cotton through silver tone metal eyelets. The cotton tie has chunky silver tone metal studs on each end. The skirt has a
