Features wide slightly stretchy waistband with back zipper, tiered and ruffled skirt, and extremely adjustable straps (the excess fabric could be sewn down but is not currently so it can fit a variety of bust and shoulder sizes). Jumper bib portion has pocket and can also be flipped backwards and be worn primarily as a skirt (as styled in photoshoot picture). The yellow stain on waistband in pictures has
