I'm saying 30s but happy to hear anyone's educated opinion on this

This measurement was taken from armhole to armhole

The dress is fully lined (even the sleeves are lined) and zips up the rear with a nylon zipper

but I think it should be worn as a dress

The pastels are soft and beautiful, the coat styled with simple long lines and adorned with rhinestone buttons. We turned this dress into a coat by removing the zipper, closing up the back seam and then opening up the front so that the buttons actually work (the front was sewn shut originally, huh?) and it wears more like a coat
