The ruffled cap sleeves and handkerchief hem is delightfully flattering. The bias cut of the black ground rayon fabric makes it easy to slip on. The front v neck and back panel are pintucked along the seam lines. In great condition. Size S Measured on the front side of the garment: CHEST = 18. 5" measured from armpit to armpit WAIST = 15. 5" measured from side
