Deep V neckline, smocking at shoulders and gently flowing skirt. The dress is unlined and snaps on one side. These side snap dresses can be tricky to put on, you have to wriggle into them. The waist is so small it would not fit on my mannequin so I photographed this beauty on a hanger. See measurements below. I believe the fabric is rayon crepe. Condition
