70’s Flowing Blue Formal Gown unique vintage sketched floral printLate 1970's to early 1980's sky blue lame formal evening gown. High ruched neck, long sleeves with a back zipper closing. Body is full with a wide expanse but there is a wide, 2 1 4 inch rhinestone studded snap closing belt. There are open seam slits on each side so the belt can be worn underneath in the back leaving the back free or completely on the outside. I have shown it both ways. Belt will accommodate a 29 inch waist. No maker's label is
