60’s Black Velvet Clutch with Rhinestone Buckle by Garay black and green Hand Made Brown Skirt WithThis is a vintage black velvet clutch by the label Garay from the 1960s. Across the clutch's front, there is a ruched strap piece of velvet that goes through a rhinestone encrusted buckle. The wearer can put their hand through the decorative strap for easy handling of the clutch. The Rhinestone buckle is missing two clear rhinestones. The clutch is in otherwise amazing condition. Lined with black velvet. Two pockets inside. Measures: 9. 25" W x 4. 75"
