Creature-based removal tends to involve enters abilities which are easily exploitable with cards like Panharmonicon to double the triggers or Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to trigger them over and over again
#6: Matoya, Archon Elder Matoya, Archon ElderMatoya, Archon Elder takes scrying and surveilling to a whole new level by allowing you to draw a card afterwards
Of course, the card is not at its best against a majority of colours without additional card draw
Lowering the Pack Point cost to buy ex Pokemon would also be really nice
There are a few decks that actual turn this rule into an exploitable advantage, using it as a free discard outlet to pitch giant creature cards to Reanimate next turn or a Dredge card such as Golgari Grave-Troll for subsequent self-milling, but in what I would call fair decks, this maximum hand size rule is not nice, especially when you are mana-screwed
