Unfortunately, in a Commander game, a few of the five colors will be chosen, so you can't think of this as a one-sided colorless board wipe unless the whole table is tilted against one opponent
Since the card is currently only being played in just one modern deck, I personally had it in the third spot behind the best blue reactive spells in the format, Counterspell and Force of Negation, but I can see the number one spot going to the best and most efficient threat the color has to offer
Keep in mind that Preacher's deathtouch makes him a great blocker and making use of his high toughness often means not blocking smaller creatures so that he can avoid removal like Lightning Bolt and Shock
