This card has actually been competitive since it gives card advantage by acting as removal while giving you a creature too, but I think its fallen by the wayside mainly because its too expensive, and its cost is a bit awkward

Of course the cards inside matter, but the sheer lack of inventory when it comes to a rare unopened Revised Booster Box is what will drive the price up over the long haul
