The first is a triggered ability: "When this permanent enters, target player may search their library for a card named [name], reveal it, put it into their hand, then shuffle." Note that the target player searches their library (which may be affected by effects such as that of Stranglehold) and that the card they find is revealed, even though these words aren't included in the ability's reminder text
It also includes Mother Knows Best, getting players used to the idea that they can bring back banished characters
During an opponent's turn, whenever one of the player's Illusion characters is banished, the player may return that card to their hand

Looking at this, I thought a lot about the most recent set excluding Final Fantasy, Tarkir Dragonstorm, and how this card fits in so well with those recently released decks and strategies
