Again a mixed bag here, but we've got some absolute banger reprints like Reanimate and Ruinous Ultimatum, plus for new cards the commanders are great (as always) and we've got some crazy good new cards like Kefka, Dancing Mad which is one of the best reanimate targets
His strategic value comes from his Fortune Hunter ability, which lets you search for the top four cards of your deck for an item upon play, combined with Put it to Good Use, which allows him to be played for zero ink by exerting four existing items
There are also nine art cards to collect that form a picture to sit nicely in a binder
The only Adventures in the set the land Adventures, such as Jidoor, Artistocratic Capital are made to be played as lands earlier on, and so dont feel like you have to cast both sides
I would freak out if I got this card in a pack, and it doesnt hurt that Second Star to the Right is one of the best new cards in Ursulas Return
