(2/18/2022) You may exile more cards than necessary for March of Swirling Mist's first ability, but you can't reduce the mana it costs to less than this way

After playing with it a bit, Im not convinced that it (currently) can be broken, but that doesnt change the fact that this card is crazily powerful

For example, a Skullclamp and an Ashnod's Altar in a Locust God deck can give you infinite card draw, infinite mana, and infinite tokens

Cards or effects that refer to Basic, Stage 1, Stage 2, or Evolution cards dont affect Restored Pokmon
