Larvesta from the Darkness Ablaze expansion is a decent representation of this, as its Singe attack guarantees a Burn on the foe and only requires one Fire-type energy to play, making it an optimal card to use at the beginning of a battle
However, white cards have always seemed to get washed out with it, and its a shame for them that they didnt manage to fix it a bit here, and it is one of the things the new border does well (also: putting the rarity in the corner making life easier for my colorblind self)
