For this to work well you want a tempo based blue deck with a relatively high creature count that is supplemented with some useful artifacts

For example, if you control Hugs as well as Exploration (an enchantment with "You may play an additional land on each of your turns."), you'll be able to play three lands during each of your turns

I don't think Forced Fruition is the best card to add, but I very much think it's a fun card
