Especially chosen by Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory Vintage. Filled on the 27th November 2007 the whisky was finished in a single 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt cask #201. Bottling was on the 5th of February 2025 at 56. 8% abv. This single malt is both rich and elegant where the full bodied spirit of Morlach integrates perfectly with the rich, dark sweeter
