Grapes are sourced from the biodynamically farmed Hedges Vineyard and Magdalena Vineyard, before being destemmed and partially crushed before native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was barrel aged for 18 months in 20% new American and French oak. This is a luxurious and captivating premium 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
