It is a coffee we roast a bit longer than our other offerings, with the goal of muting acidity, accentuating mouthfeel, and caramelizing sugars. Aldo's is roasted for our loyal supporters who are nostalgic for flavors reminiscent of the classic diner coffee strong, rich, bold. Its currently comprised of the following: 50% Gold Mountain a washed process compilation of coffees from
