Motorcycle Cop Mounted Photo Cutout steel sculpture just look at those epauletsI believe it reads "Philadelphia Police" on the side of this motorcycle, though the text is a bit faint. I wonder if this cutout was made as a gift to the policeman sitting on it perhaps to celebrate a promotion, or maybe even his retirement many years later. Certainly it was made some years ago as the surface of the photo, which is glued to composition board, shows aging and crackling, which is part of what makes it great! 5 3 4" l x 4 1 2" t x 1 4"
