Rib of Beef (Boned & Rolled) BEEF SHIN PIE Taken from Yorkshire grass-fed cattleAll the flavour of rib, prepared for easy carving. We take the rib off the bone, trim it, and roll it by hand. Native breeds, dry aged for depth, sourced from select farms around Ripon, including our own herd of native Herefords. A proper roasting joint with rich beefy flavour and a good layer of fat to keep it tender as it cooks. Available in various weights. Weights are approximate ().
