Beautiful, Much Loved Old Primitive Pine Scoop with Hooked Handle knitting samples and quickly soldI found this old carved pine scoop at a shop in New Hampshire and just couldn't put it down. My photos don't really do justice (I think I haven't mastered the settings on my newish iphone camera very well and it picks up every undertone in wood) but between the form and the wood and the wear, it's a lovely and very honest feeling thing.
