otherwise just minor dings and scrapes here and there

And it makes a great whistle by blowing into the large hole on its side near the tail

but most of these temple toys date from the late 1800s through the early 1900s and I would guess the same on this one

I don't she's especially old, but she does pay homage to primitively carved animals of earlier times, including with real hair (I'm not quite sure of what variety!) for her tail. Wonderfully folky and very charming I think, with a detailed udder underneath! 9 3 8" long x 6 3 8" tall x 3 1 8" wide. Polychrome over wood I believe, and in good, sturdy condition.
