7 3/4" tall x 5 1/2" wide x 3" deep and in excellent vintage condition

and especially the stylized green stem of the flower on this mid century

Carved from what looks to be one piece of wood

but that is not the case with this one

which is very simple wood

I'm having a really hard time resisting little handmade creatures, especially those that that possess such a wonderful sense of the humanity of their maker, as does this one. I love how the line of her nose extends all the way down from her eyes (which seem to see into my soul!), the human lips, and the super straight whiskers on either side above it. This little lion is definitely owning the space in which she lounges! 4 3
