It has been distilled in copper lined stills, then filtered, and aged two months in stainless steel containers. Great served neat or on the rocks, and perfect base for premium cocktails. Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7 9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend resulting in a consistent, refined flavor,
