The rod is in excellent original condition, though it has received a light varnish overcoat. All sections are full length with no repairs. Classic Granger ammoniated cane, bronze colored silks with dark brown tipping. Mildly swelled butt. The rod retains the original hammer handle grip, with very slight ridging. The patented nickel silver up locking
