with just the right amount of wear and scuffs

While the tile shows its age in the form of scratches to the surface revealing the red clay below the glaze

The bright white glazing, speckled brown from reaction with the body of the clay, is I think its perfect match, giving it a modernist crispness in certain contexts and and a great earthiness in others. And, its two openings make for fun with flowers, though it is pretty great just on its own. 8 7 8" tall x
