with general wear around the edges of the frame

with nice painterly detailing lending dapple to the apple

but I really love it as an object

Xmas Joy is an elephant holding a spoon in its trunk, eating plum pudding! Addressed to a Master W. J Goodenough (!), Hogspark, Holsworth, Devon (England.) Earlyish 20th century I believe. Merry Christmas! 5 1 2" x 3 1 2". Watercolor on card (the yellow areas are watercolor too.) One small tear just left of the J in Joys, otherwise very good condition.
