This one wins with a broad fleshy palate sporting granny smith apple, lemon, ranier cherry and that nectarine with a wonderfully full texture, frothy mousse and laser focused acidity. Lots of minerality balancing out the acid and fruit. A little hazlenut on the long finish and even some chalky grip. Really liking
