Hayman's Old Tom Gin 750ml Carignan Dark red with violet reflectionsWhen the Hayman's family first started distilling gin over 150 years ago, Old Tom was the London Gin of choice. Today its a less familiar style of gin, but it is still a bartenders favorite when making cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz. The generous quantities of botanicals used in their family recipe create a bold citrus and juniper pine character that is smooth and beautifully delicate, with a subtle underlying sweetness.
