He's got a few pieces of yarn hair that might come off if pulled and one hole on the back of one arm

including a few birds of this scale that similarly incorporate stones--but none quite as finely detailed as this one

and some wear and staining to the fabric lining

I'm not sure if the rest of it is constructed of actual matchsticks or just matchstick-like little sticks
