There are two buckles to the wood on the top of the chest
including what I believe is the edition number
The deep brown glaze that covers the surface of the bull's body is predominately smooth
yet with a great elegance and delicacy of surface treatment
which only adds to the “may the sun—or moon—shine on you wherever you go” feeling of this piece
