then coated with many successive layers of lacquer

Suda was strongly influenced by both Danish Modern pottery and native Canadian art--influences which I think wonderfully merge in these earthy and strikingly graphic hand-formed candleholders

Now highly collectible icons of modern design, they continue to be produced in a smaller set of 16 today, but these are the real, rare deal a complete original set of 18 with gold foil stamp on one of the green blocks and the original box and card to boot.
