It is one of our most intense and bright tasting bars, with a complexity of flavors that makes it distinct from our other offerings. This cacao was directly traded from the fine people at Corridgeree Farms, grown from Mayan Red varieties of cacao, fermented in boxes, and dried on wooden platforms. You might taste
