then sliding the standoffs into place and bolting them in

This universal mount is compatible with most digital HD frames that have M3 front bottom standoff screws that have 18-33mm center-to-center spacing

This is a bolt on GoPro Hero 5/6/7 Mount for the AOS Falcon 7 frame

You can also flip the arm guard over if you choose not to soft mount
