The rod weighs 3 ounces on my scale. Dark brown glass with dark red wraps with epoxy coating. SRMC #8 carbide stripper with chrome snakes. Spigot ferrules (superior to sleeve over ferrules, in my opinion). The grip is 5 3 4" long and turned to a full Wells shape. The reel seat is a frost coated down lock aluminum screw lock
