Whole cluster pressed with native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, its aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and precision. Bright and lifted, with notes of red berries, citrus peel and a subtle savoury edge, balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finishmore Northern Rhne in spirit, with a distinctly Beaujolais energy.
