It balances sweet and boozy with a lift of citrus from the lemon and Cointreau. We love it. To make the Sidecar: Combine 2 oz of Hennessy VSOP with 1. 5 oz of lemon juice and 1 oz of Cointreau in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish orange or lemon peel. If this is too boozy the classic recipe has an additional teaspoon
