We use chuck and shin cuts with flavour that hold up to a slow cook. The meats tender, the gravys rich, and its all wrapped in golden pastry made here in the shop. No shortcuts. Just a proper steak pie. Serves 4 6. Goes well with chips, peas, or whatever youve got to hand. Good hot dinner. Even better if theres gravy.
