I found this is in Massachusetts and would guess late 19th/early 20th century

And with its open windows, one just might want to perch a little cat on one ledge, too:) Very sweet. 8 w x 6 1 4 t x 5 7 8 d. A little paint loss and a bit of minor flaking but stable and structure is very sound.
