Found image under a vintage crystal glass heart cabochon, clay frame. Hand painted with an Italian rust red accented, antiqued gold finish. Adorned with a quartz crystal point with clover cross detail. Pendant is just over @ 3 4 of an inch wide, @ 1 5 8 inches long including crystal. Necklace measures @ 27 inches long but can be worn shorter.
