White Pu Erh Cake 2022 Alishan Material: GlasMade from aged tea leaves harvested from Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province, China. This white tea cake is a blend of tea leaves from the area near the famous Nan Nuo tea mountain. Together with white tea and top shoots, this has created a slightly sweet, full bodied tea cake with notes of ripe fruit. Since this is created in the same region that produces classic Pu Erh, this is not Pu Erh black tea, but aged white tea!
